Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced embedded software engineer for an onsite role in Santiago de Querétaro, Querétaro. You will develop ECU software in C/C++, implement AUTOSAR basics, and work with ASPICE across the software lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in embedded electronics, experience with CAN/LIN/Ethernet, and strong English communication. The role offers exposure to global clients and a diverse, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechatronics or equivalent.
• 3+ years of embedded software development using C or C++.
• Experience with AUTOSAR basic software and configuration tools is a plus.
• Experience with automotive network interfaces CAN, LIN, Ethernet.
• Experience with IBM Rational Doors for requirements management and ASPICE.
• Experience with GIT or similar version control tools.
• Advanced English communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate with a top client in estimating, defining, and implementing embedded software solutions for automotive ECUs and components.
• Apply the ASPICE process throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle.
• Collaborate across requirements analysis, architecture/design, implementation, and testing.
