Capgemini Engineering in Aguascalientes, Mexico, seeks an Embedded Software Engineer Junior to join its world‑leading engineering team, working on automotive projects and real‑time systems.

You will contribute to microcontroller software, AUTOSAR components, and driver development (CAN/MOST, UART/SPI/I2C) with testing and collaboration across offshore teams. A relevant degree and C/C++ experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of C/C++ language experience in embedded systems.
• AUTOSAR development experience in automotive projects is required.
• Experience with CAN/MOST vehicle networking and drivers.
• Real-time, multiprocessor embedded software development and testing.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of C/C++ language.
• Experience in embedded systems.
• Microcontroller embedded software development and testing.
• Real experience with AUTOSAR development in automotive projects
• Software Components and Complex Device Drivers (Vector DaVinci Configurator and Developer)
• Experience writing drivers and applications for A/D converters, UART, SPI, I2C, etc.
• Experience developing and debugging software in a real-time, embedded, multiprocessor, multi-interface environment.
• Experienced working with vehicle networking (CAN, MOST, etc).
• Experienced working with off-shore development teams.
• Experienced with project schedules.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative problem-solver capable of creating and reproducing complex software defects.

Bonus Points if You Have

• Familiarity with audio fundamentals.
• Experienced interfacing directly to OEM's
• Experience writing network drivers and applications (CAN, MOST, AVC-LAN)
• Experience in developing or working with Vector based CAN applications
• Experience with uC-OSII or other embedded RTOS (FreeRTOS)
• Experience with Renesas and NXP micro controllers
• Experience with ARM based development
