Capgemini is seeking a Systems Test Engineer to develop and execute system test specifications for automotive ECUs, ensuring traceability to requirements and managing test environments. The role spans regression, stress, and validation testing across multiple environments with strong emphasis on collaboration with OEM teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in system testing for automotive ECUs and test plan development.
• Proficiency with CAN tools (CANalyzer) and Ethernet analysis tools (Wireshark).
• Strong knowledge of test methodologies: smoke, regression, stress, and validation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with OEM integration teams.

Systems Test Engineer – Automotive ECUs Job Scheme: Remote and On-site in Queretaro. Level: This is a Mid Level position, 3 years of experience are required.

YOUR ROLE

• Develop and execute system test specifications aligned with vehicle test strategies.
• Ensure full traceability between system requirements and test cases.
• Manage and verify test environments, including scheduling test benches.
• Perform regression, stress, and validation testing (DVP&R) across multiple environments.
• Analyze and report test results, escalating deviations and proposing solutions.

YOUR PROFILE
