    Job Description

    We are looking for an Experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join one of our development teams for brake systems. The successful candidate will have a quality-first mindset, always looking for opportunities to improve.

    As an Embedded Software Engineer you would be helping us deliver state-of-the-art software, to an exciting and growing industry, working with teams from multiple locations worldwide

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Embedded software design and development in C/C++ to production delivery standards

    • Perform software tests through unit tests, simulation and automated testing (SIL/HIL), as well as supporting live testing in vehicles

    • Ensure the quality of the delivered software

    • Share own knowledge and listen to feedback from other team players, as part of a multinational team.

    Qualifications

    Candidate must have following knowledge and skills:

    • BS in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science or any related
    • 3+ Years of experience in Automotive Industry
    • C programming experience (Sr level: +4 yrs industry experience).
    • 3+ years working experience on AUTOSAR Modules (Communication stack & MCAL) and applications integration using AUTOSAR configurators(e.g. Vector DaVinci, Tresos )
    • Experience with microcontrollers (advanced: + 4 yrs industry experience).
    • Experience on SW integration and SDLC (+2yr).
    • Configuration management tools (like Git, Tortoise SVN, MKS: standard user).
    • Software Test abilities/Unit testing.
    • Problem solving skills .
    • Error and change analysis in case of reported timing and functional issues (strong debugging skills in software) and perform basic Developer testing to ensure basic functionality of system
    • Analysis of Customer requirements and Writing System & Software requirements, Detailed Software Design
    • Team work and intercultural orientation.
    • Very good communication skills.
    • Responsible and committed to handle tasks independently.

    Nice to have:

    • UDS protocol is an advantage
    • Static code analysis (QAC/Misra: basic user).
    • Experience in Functional safety
    • A-SPICE Process for System & Software Development
