ZF Group in Monterrey seeks an ET&V Supervisor to lead the Test & Validation Lab, coordinating test activities, budgets, and global collaborations across locations. The role ensures ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation and compliance with customer and OEM requirements.

You will manage staffing, develop capital plans, prepare technical proposals, and drive cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining a safe, efficient laboratory environment. English communication and travel readiness are essential.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional experience in a test, validation, or quality organization with hands-on lab/test experience.
• Familiarity with automotive test requirements and international standards (ISO, ASTM, SAE, CISPR, IEC, DIN).
• Experience with test equipment, lab infrastructure, and testing procedures across climatic/environmental, mechanical, electrical, and EMC domains.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for ET&V labs, coordinating site-wide test activities, priorities, and resources.
• Lead development and implementation of lab infrastructure and equipment with suppliers.
• Lead efforts to obtain and maintain ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation and customer/OEM approvals.
• Assign work, balance staffing, and identify training and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with global ET&V locations to standardize processes and best practices.
• Drive execution of projects and testing activities to meet commitments.
• Develop cost estimates, resource plans, and capital investment budgets.
• Prepare technical proposals and risk assessments with mitigation plans.
• Identify cost-reduction and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain a safe, organized lab environment and 5S standards.
