Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage material planning processes to support production schedules.
• Analyze demand forecasts and orders to create purchasing and production plans.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply issues.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and prevent shortages or excess.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics to optimize workflow.
• Use ERP/MRP to maintain records of orders, inventory, and schedules.
• Review planning parameters like safety stock, lead time, and reorder points.
