Electrónica Vanguard, S.A. de C.V. in Mexicali seeks a hands-on Electronics Engineer to support our manufacturing operation. The role focuses on root-cause analysis, final electrical testing, engineering changes, and evaluation of nonconforming materials and products.

You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, NPI, and design engineering teams to resolve issues and improve product and test performance, ensuring quality and reliability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics engineering.
• At least 3 years of engineering experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with root-cause analysis, electrical troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
• Experience with electrical or functional testing of components, assemblies, or finished products.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, drawings, and test requirements.
• Hands-on with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, impedance analyzers).
• Intermediate to advanced English for technical documentation.

We are seeking a hands‑on Electronics Engineer to support our manufacturing operation in Mexicali. The position will focus on root-cause analysis, final electrical testing, engineering changes, and technical evaluation of nonconforming materials and products. The engineer will work closely with Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, NPI, and design engineering resources to resolve technical issues and improve product and test performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• At least three years of engineering experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Experience with root-cause analysis, electrical troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
• Experience with electrical or functional testing of components, assemblies, or finished products.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, drawings, technical specifications, and test requirements.
• Hands‑on experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, impedance analyzers, and other laboratory equipment.
• Intermediate to advanced English for technical documentation, reports, emails, and communication with engineering teams.
