Job summary

Eaton in Tijuana is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to maintain production equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and building facilities. You will perform preventive and planned maintenance, and coordinate with the cell leader, quality, and production control to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate should have a technical degree or related training, 1–3 years of experience, CNC basics, and knowledge of PLCs and electrical diagrams.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or vocational training in electromechanical maintenance.
• 1–3 years of experience in maintenance roles.
• CNC basic programming knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on TPM/PM for the assigned area.
• Collaborate with the cell leader, quality, and production control.
• Diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems; maintain production equipment.
• Understand PLCs and electrical diagrams to support maintenance tasks.

Primary Responsibilities

• The electromechanical leader is responsible for the follow up and the needs of the assigned area based on the next criteria:
• Do team work whit the coworkers such a Leader of the cell, quality and production control of the area.
• Follow up the TPM/PM of the area assigned.
• Must have theorical knowledge about diagnostic of Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Electrical system.
• Theorical knowledge of PLC and electrical circuits and diagrams

Requisitos

Preferred Qualifications:

• Use of Multimeter, Oscilloscope and ampmeter
• Common sense.
• Team work
• Low supervision and Bias for action.

Education/Previous Experience Requirements

• Technical Degree / or in the job training.
