Una empresa innovadora busca un Ingeniero de Pruebas Electro-Mecánicas que comprenda completamente el concepto de equipos de prueba, tanto de hardware como de software. Este rol implica la responsabilidad de mantener y mejorar continuamente los equipos, así como la ejecución de iniciativas para reducir el tiempo de inactividad. Se requiere un enfoque proactivo para interpretar documentación técnica y resolver desafíos relacionados con máquinas de alta velocidad. Formación

• 3+ años de experiencia en procesos/manufactura y mantenimiento.
• Conocimiento medio en métricas de mantenimiento como MTBF y MTTR.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollo y ejecución de iniciativas para reducir el tiempo de inactividad.
• Soporte efectivo en la solución de problemas de máquinas.

Descripción del empleo

Air Bearing Electro-Mechanical Test Engineer must be able to fully comprehend the whole test equipment concept including both HW, SW, and test methods and be motivated to autonomously maintain and continuously improve it. Development and execution of downtime reduction initiatives, and manages contractors, budget, capital and all necessary technologies related to his area. Responsible for providing fast and effective support in troubleshooting downed machines, prioritizing operational continuity and efficiency in a dynamic environment, using his technical knowledge in automation.

Will be responsible to interpret CTQ/KCCs from the documentation, technical challenges of high speed rotating machines, basic unbalance concepts and balancing process, basic principles of hydrostatic and hydrodynamic bearings, instrumentation, DAQ, and controls, to identify and debug any questionable responses or control malfunctions by utilizing FMEA and RCA principles and implement control plans (training available for FMEA, RCA, CP).

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree on Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electronic, or related areas required.
2. +3 year experience in process/manufacturing and maintenance.
3. Bilingual (Spanish-English).
4. Medium knowledge on specific technologies such as: Automation, Welding, Assembly, Balancing.
5. Knowledge on Maintenance and TPM standards.
6. Medium knowledge and management on Maintenance metrics Availability, MTBF, MTTR (where they come from and what affects them).
7. Able to read technical drawings including (2D/3D, pneumatic and wiring diagrams, control schematics).
