Schneider Electric in Querétaro, Mexico is seeking an Electrical Testing Supervisor with 5+ years in quality engineering and electrical testing of switchboards and circuit breakers. You will supervise testing activities, ensure safety, and align with UL/NETA standards before release or customer acceptance.

You will translate global SE standards into site procedures, drive readiness for audits, lead a small team of engineers and technicians, and coordinate with production and QA to resolve

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience in Quality/engineering with electrical testing experience.
• Proficient in Excel; Minitab knowledge.
• Advanced English for corporate communication and audits.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, coordinate, and perform electrical testing on switchboards and breakers per procedures.
• Plan and conduct NETA ATS/NETA ECS tests for low‑voltage switchboards.
• Review drawings and protection settings; ensure compliance with SE425 safety rules.
• Prepare detailed test reports and coordinate corrective actions with teams.
• Support FAT with customers or inspectors.
