A leading semiconductor manufacturer is seeking individuals for back-end assembly and testing operations in Ciudad Juárez. The role involves executing tasks like die preparation, component assembly, and quality checks while adhering to safety and internal regulations. Candidates should have relevant experience and be comfortable using specialized equipment.

Formación

• Experience in back-end assembly and testing operations.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and attach dies, conduct bonding and molding tasks.
• Organize stocks for parts and components.
• Assemble components according to plans, using specific tools.
• Execute tests and quality routines as per guidelines.

Descripción del empleo

Adhere to relevant internal work instructions, safety rules, and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS). Execute, supervise, or manage back-end assembly and test operations, including:

1. Die preparation and attachment;
2. Bonding, molding, trim & form, testing, etc.;
3. Organizing stocks for parts, semi-products, or components;
4. Assembling according to plan, using specific equipment (machines, specialized tools);
5. Performing sight checks, functionality tests, and general quality routines and procedures.

This role involves executing tasks as directed or explained, reporting any failures or malfunctions to supervisors, and obeying all work, environment, health, and safety regulations relevant to the assigned tasks.
