Position: Electrical Engineer – On-Site Support (Saltillo)

Location: Saltillo, Coahuila (On-site – Temporary Assignment)

Industry: Industrial Electrical Installations / Engineering Services

Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Electrical Engineer to join our on-site support team in Saltillo. This role involves hands-on collaboration with installation teams and international stakeholders, particularly our client’s engineering team in China. You will play a key role in ensuring electrical installations are executed accurately and efficiently, based on technical documentation and field conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily technical guidance to on-site electrical installation teams
• Review, interpret, and validate electrical diagrams and schematics provided by the client
• Identify discrepancies between diagrams and field conditions; propose and implement corrective actions
• Maintain and manage open-point lists, ensuring timely resolution of pending issues
• Coordinate diagram updates and technical clarifications with the client’s engineering team in China
• Serve as a communication bridge between the local site team and international stakeholders
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and project specifications

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems and installations
• Strong skills in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams (no EPLAN required)
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in basic computer tools (MS Office, PDF editors, etc.)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) to interact with international teams
• Availability for full-time, on-site presence in Saltillo for the duration of the project
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
