Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment supporting engineering, production, or technical operations.
• Knowledge of transformer design principles and impact of design changes on manufacturability.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, BOMs, processes, and design-to-cost principles.
• Experience with CAD and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical interface between Design Engineering and Production/Test teams.
• Interpret and communicate engineering drawings, BOMs, scripts, and design intent to support manufacturing operations.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure designs are accurately implemented on the production floor.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during manufacturing and testing.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering to clarify specifications and improve design execution.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and deliver trainings on best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and design-for-manufacturability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures.
