Electrical Engineer - High Volume Production Support

Provide Electrical Engineering support to high volume production lines to ensure on-time performance and high yield.

Use laboratory test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, to diagnose failure modes of production PCBAs.

Manage numerous short and long duration projects through critical path methods, impactful communication, and cross-functional collaboration.

Travel several times per year to maintain a strong knowledge of the business and collaborate with Electronics suppliers, as Milwaukee Tool is a global organization.

Education & Background

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronic Engineering or related field with direct experience in Electronics and PCBAs.
• Experience with PCBA assembly techniques and troubleshooting using laboratory equipment (oscilloscope, DMM).
• Basic programming skills in C and C++.
• Knowledge of Design Software (SolidWorks, NX, or similar).
• Knowledge of Electronics Design software.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to thrive in a high-performance environment.
• Preferred: experience in portable electronics, power tools, motor controls, power electronics, consumer electronics, instrumentation, or measurement systems, including microcontroller circuits (8/16/32 Bit) and automated test fixture development.
• Hands-on engineering approach is essential, as Milwaukee Tool is a power tool company.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written communication.
