PPG busca un Ejecutivo Ferretero responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento del plan comercial a través del liderazgo de su equipo. Las responsabilidades incluyen el manejo de cartera y la prospección de nuevos clientes, buscando candidatos con licenciatura comercial y experiencia en ventas. Descripción del empleo

Como Ejecutivo Ferretero, serás la persona responsable de garantizar el diseño y cumplimiento del plan comercial a través del liderazgo de tu equipo de trabajo y comunicación directa con clientes clave. Radicarás en Guanajuato. Reportarás directamente con el Gerente Ferretero.

Responsabilidades clave

• Seguimiento y cierre de venta con clientes mayoristas.

• Manejo de cartera con crédito, atención y seguimiento a devoluciones.

• Garantizar el flujo correcto y mejor aprovechamiento de los recursos financieros.

• Diseño del plan comercial, seguimiento de forecast mensual.

• Prospección y apertura de nuevos clientes.

• Gestión de capacitación y desarrollo de un equipo de trabajo de 6 personas.

Cualificaciones

• Licenciatura concluida con enfoque comercial (áreas afines).

• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones similares (deseable en canal ferretero o tradicional).

• Licencia de conducir.

• Manejo de paquetería Office.

• Habilidades de negociación.
