Funciones: Atención a clientes vía telefónica, cotizaciones, toma de reservas individuales y grupales, atención a mayoristas, agencias de viaje y clientes particulares.

Experiência: agencia de viajes, servicio al cliente (no indispensable)

Competencias: trabajo en equipo por objetivos, servicio al cliente, gusto por la ventas

Nível académico: Profesional técnico en turismo, hotelería y/o afines

Ofrecemos: sueldo base $8,000.00 más comisiones + tarjeta de restaurante + vales de despensa.

What You\'ll Be Doing

  • Provide customer service to internal and external customers while facilitating the customer dispute and returns and replacement processes.
  • Respond to and process RMA requests, researching vendor policy and processing accordingly.
  • Review and research customer trend of outstanding invoices debits, disputes and charge backs to identify and resolve at root cause.
