Placements24 seeks a motivated Representante de Ventas Industriales in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco to drive growth in the industrial sector. You will identify opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and advise clients on industrial solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in industrial or technical B2B sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM and Office tools. Fluency in Spanish is required; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial/B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of industrial products, machinery, or solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• CRM proficiency and office software familiarity.
• Ability to manage a territory and build client relationships.
• Knowledge of the industrial market in Tlaquepaque and Jalisco is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new industrial sales opportunities in Tlaquepaque and nearby.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with manufacturing and industrial clients.
• Understand client technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospects.
