Citigroup in Mexico seeks a Business Development Officer to attract and grow a portfolio of SME clients, delivering high-value advisory services and strengthening the bank's position as the 1st option for their needs.

You will pursue sales goals, connect with clients to detect needs, execute campaigns, and coordinate with Area Coordinator to ensure the sales plan is met while adhering to risk controls and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Experience selling financial products.
• Knowledge of corporate credit products and sales techniques.
• Excellent communication and objection-handling with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Meet sales goals for portfolio growth and cross-selling.
• Identify client needs to deepen the Customer-Bank relationship.
• Provide high-value advisory service to SME clients.
• Position Citigroup as the first option for client needs.
• Execute campaigns and strategies to boost sales growth.
• Collaborate with Area Coordinator to ensure sales plan.
• Escalate and communicate deviations with your supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Visit clients to identify improvement opportunities and plan accordingly.
• Help design action plans to achieve NPS goals.
• Assess risk in business decisions and safeguard assets.
