Placements24 is seeking an Ejecutivo de Cuentas Digitales to manage a portfolio of client accounts in a fast-paced digital agency environment in Guadalajara, Jalisco. You will translate client needs into actionable briefs for creative and media teams while maintaining strong client partnerships.

The role requires solid experience in account management within a digital setting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid in-office and remote arrangement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management or client services.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients at various levels.
• Hybrid work environment experience and Spanish fluency; English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as main liaison between clients and internal teams (creative, media, analytics).
• Understand client objectives and develop digital marketing strategies to meet them.
• Prepare and present campaign proposals, performance reports and recommendations.
• Oversee execution of digital campaigns across social media, SEM, display, and programmatic.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and provide insights for optimizations.
• Manage client budgets and ensure timely delivery within scope.
• Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices.
