Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Support the Canadian RSD/Filed Sales business teams. This role is to provide support for the PFC team. The individual will take on standard cadence reports such as BOBJ Big Rocks, Customer Hot Activity, LID Update, including available days and past orders, as well as ad hoc reports such as Circle K audit summary, Quartely Innovation, and as-needed reporting.

This function will also be responsible for creating/managing reports in BOBJ and modifying them according to the needs and strategy of the teams involved.

Your Impact

As Ejecutivo de Cuentas Clave DTS your responsibilities would consist of

Ensure delivery of accurate and timely sales/financial reporting (weekly and monthly) in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLA)

Ability to focus against speed of execution and quality of service delivery rather than achievement of SLAs

Recognize opportunities and take action to improve delivery of work

Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes, standardization of reporting and optimal use of technology

Create an inclusive and collaborative environment across teams.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

English & French fluency required – both written & verbal

Bachelor's degree in business/operations, finance or similar preferably with 1 to 4 years of experience

Ability to communicate effectively in a professional and constructive manner internally and with clients

Able to work independently and take initiative

Capable of managing multiple time-sensitive priorities simultaneously

Detail oriented; organized in approach and maintenance of documents

Advanced/professional computer knowledge (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel). Power BI is a must.

Ability to learn and update multiple systems

Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans to proactively address issues

Ability to interact effectively and build a favorable business relationship.

Strong strategic and analytical skills.
