Are you passionate about hygiene programs, environment, security, and safety impactful decisions? Join our Supply Chain team as EHSS Manager. You’ll be responsible for defining and implementing a robust strategy to create a culture that ensures zero injuries and illnesses, minimizes our impact on the planet and communities where we live, work, and source, and protects our people, brands, and assets.

As an EHSS expert, you will ensure regulatory compliance (safety and environmental) and foster a culture focused on safety and environmental protection.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• EHSS Plant System: Align and coordinate efforts to design, implement, and follow up on the EHSS management system for the plant, based on Kellanova standards and policies. Establish procedures to comply with regulatory requirements (legislation and corporate) for safety and environment.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Verify compliance among indirect reports with all policies and programs, participate in activities aimed at injury, illness, and environmental sustainability prevention, model safe behaviors, and promote accountability and the belief that all injuries can be prevented.
• Programs Implementation: Lead and ensure effective implementation of KWS and other programs, initiatives, and projects (local and corporate). Respond to corporate and government audits, working with multifunctional teams to follow up on findings.
• Budget and Strategy Management: Define metrics, manage resources (budget), and coach the EHSS team to ensure proper execution of strategies and plans.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Chemistry.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in EHSS and manufacturing.
• Fluent English spoken.
• At least 2 years of experience in budget and people management.
• 4 years of experience in continuous improvement.
