CommScope in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Supervisor, EHS to ensure workplace safety and compliance with regulations. You will monitor practices that safeguard employee welfare and administer safety programs during new product launches.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in engineering, 3-5 years of experience, and knowledge in environmental regulations. Proficiency in English is necessary. This role promotes safety management and continuous improvement in EHS practices.

Formación

• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Extensive knowledge in environmental regulation.
• Personnel management experience.
• 70% English proficiency (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Define roles and allocate responsibilities for EHS Management System implementation.
• Monitor and follow-up on incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Assist plants with compliance findings across all government levels.
• Provide training to plant leaders and safety teams.
• Implement and communicate global EHS standards.
• Ensure proper training of all personnel in EHS Management.
