A global automotive company in Mexico seeks an EHS professional to monitor performance against key metrics, ensure compliance, and support training. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in EHS, excellent communication skills, and a short-cycle tertiary degree or equivalent experience. This role offers the opportunity to impact health and safety across the organization.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in EHS or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, risk management, and safe systems of work.
• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and improve performance against Health, Safety, Energy & Environment KPIs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and produce accurate reports.
• Support internal communications and training aligned with ISO standards.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and improve performance against Health, Safety, Energy & Environment KPIs
• Ensure regulatory compliance and produce accurate reports
• Support internal communications and training aligned with ISO 45001, 14001, and 50001
• Supervise routine EHS activities and guide junior team members
• Collaborate across departments to identify risks and drive continuous improvement
• Provide insights to shape functional strategy and business requirements

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in EHS or related fields
• Strong knowledge of compliance, risk management, and safe systems of work
• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance
• Education: Short-cycle tertiary degree or equivalent experience
