Formación

• Experiencia de 3-5 años en seguridad, higiene y medio ambiente.
• Conocimientos en desarrollo e implementación de políticas EHS.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar y proponer políticas y estrategias de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente.
• Establecer mecanismos de respuesta ante riesgos serios e inminentes.
• Desarrollar procedimientos y guías necesarias para cumplir con el programa de salud y seguridad ocupacional.

Descripción del empleo

EHS Supervisor

What you’ll do:

Support the organization by developing and proposing Health, Safety, and Environment policies, strategies, programs, and tools. Focus on identifying risks, monitoring progress, sharing best practices, and providing training and technical expertise.

Participate in the preparation of occupational health and safety diagnoses, safety programs, or the list of preventive and corrective actions, prioritizing them based on risk.

Establish immediate response mechanisms for serious and imminent risks.

Develop procedures, instructions, guides, or records necessary to comply with the occupational health and safety program or the list of preventive and corrective actions.

What is required:

• Engineering Degree in Chemical, Industrial, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in safety, hygiene, and environment.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Basic knowledge of EHS certifications.
