Job summary

North American Production Sharing, Inc. seeks an EHS Specialist to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations at municipal, state, and federal levels. You will lead programs to prevent injuries, manage waste, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement across the facility.

The role requires collaboration with Facilities, Operations, and cross‑functional teams to implement corrective actions and maintain a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field and 3–5 years in manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 14001/45001; ISO 13485 preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory compliance: ensure adherence to environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Develop, implement and maintain EHS policies and programs.
• Manage permits, records and compliance documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and site inspections.
• Lead investigations of incidents, injuries and near-misses.
• Drive corrective actions to reduce workplace risks.
• Coordinate and deliver EHS training programs.
• Promote safety culture and employee engagement.
• Manage hazardous, non-hazardous, and biological waste programs.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and regulatory visits.
• Maintain emergency preparedness and response plans.
• Collaborate with Facilities and Operations for continuous improvement.
