Goodyear is seeking an EHS Manager to lead the Environmental, Health and Safety function for the manufacturing operation in Mexico. You will develop and implement strategies aligned with regional objectives, drive a culture of safety, and ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years leading EHS processes in manufacturing.
• Experience with environmental and safety regulatory compliance, incident investigations, and ISO 14001 implementation or maintenance.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence across functions to drive EHS initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of EHS strategies, programs, and action plans to achieve regional objectives.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations and maintain documentation, audits, and certifications.
• Develop and lead the EHS team, fostering a strong safety culture across manufacturing and administrative areas.
• Lead investigations, risk assessments, corrective actions, and root-cause analyses to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate with plant leadership and global EHS teams to support audits and continuous improvement.
