Descripción del empleo

As an EHS Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating actions to ensure the prevention of accident and pollution risks, as well as compliance with applicable regulations at MAHLE plants in Santa Catarina.

Your Contribution:

Health:

• Coordinate the occupational health department.
• Manage and monitor IMSS occupational health services (ST7, ST9, ST2, disabilities).
• Investigate accidents and follow up on the closure of corrective actions.

Industrial Safety:

• Coordinate the Industrial Safety Department.
• Identify, evaluate, and perform risk analysis for the use of PPE (request and delivery control).
• Conduct risk assessments and analysis of machinery and equipment (monitoring and closure of findings).

Environment:

• Coordinate the environmental department in maintaining, updating, and processing regulatory permits such as operating licenses, environmental impact statements, declarations of water extraction fees to CONAGUA, registration permits as hazardous waste generators, and permits as special waste generators.
• Develop and monitor the hazardous and special waste management plan.

Your Experience & Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Automotive experience, at least the last 3 years.
