Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking an EHS Supervisor to lead environmental, health, and safety programs at the site, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001, regulatory requirements, and Eaton’s MESH framework.

You will oversee EHS systems, track performance metrics, drive incident investigations, and promote a zero-incident culture while coordinating training and site security programs including NOM standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental, health & safety, industrial hygiene, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in EHS program management in manufacturing.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, EHS regulations, and standards.
• Experience with risk assessment, incident investigation, and EHS data management systems.
• Intermediate English level (Listening, speaking, writing & reading).
• Desirable: ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain EHS management systems, ISO 14001, and Eaton’s MESH framework.
• Monitor and report EHS performance metrics, closing audit findings promptly.
• Lead environmental initiatives such as energy reduction and waste minimization.
• Conduct hazard identifications, risk evaluations, and implement controls.
• Drive and sustain a strong EHS culture through engagement at all levels.
• Lead and support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with NOM standards and local regulations.
• Utilize EHS data systems to track injuries, environmental metrics, and corrective actions.
