Celestica Inc. in Mexico seeks an EHS Analyst to protect assets, respond to alarms, and support security operations at the Apodaca facility.

You will manage access, investigate incidents, and help ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Zero to two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Protect Celestica assets and respond to alarms and emergencies.
• Maintain appropriate access to all areas of the facility for staff and customers.
• Oversee daily security operations including incident investigations, passes, loss prevention, and admin duties.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of facilities management and operations.

Detailed Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

• Responsible for the protection of Celestica assets and to respond to alarms, emergency situations and to assist employees with security issue as part of our mission to provide a safe work environment.
• Responsible for maintaining appropriate access to all areas of the facility for both employees and customers.
• Controlling daily security operations including incident investigation, property passes, loss prevention, and all administrative duties required at the site.
• In-depth knowledge of facilities management and operations.
• Understanding of environmental, health and safety regulations (local and government).
• Good organization and project management skills.
• Ability to evaluate, diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
• Ability to gather and analyze data and determine root cause of problems.
• Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of internal and external customers.

Physical Demands

• Duties of the position are performed in a manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, operating machinery, temperature extremes, hazardous substances, etc.
• Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
• Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.

Typical Experience

• Zero to two years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
