Your Role

As an Efficiency Process Analyst, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency from the production floor, working hands-on and collaboratively with the relevant departments. Your approach will be both analytical and solution-oriented, combining technical knowledge with an active presence on site. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being in the field, interacting with different teams, and turning data into real action. Your experience in production or operational efficiency will be key to ensuring that production lines run as efficiently as possible.

Who You Are

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

• Preferred: 1 year of experience in production, processes, or operational efficiency.

• Accepted industries: Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Consumer Goods, Cosmetics, General Industry.

• Familiarity with OEE as an operational performance metric.

• Knowledge of monitoring platforms such as GAMED (preferred).

• Proficient in advanced Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills to translate data into concrete actions.

• High energy and a positive attitude, with a hands-on mindset for working on the production floor.
