We are currently searching for a ES SAP Cloud Lead (SuccessFactors Cutover Consultant):

Responsibilities:

• Lead the transition process from a legacy system to the new SAP SuccessFactors environment.
• Plan and manage all transition activities including data migration, system configuration, and testing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and minimal disruption.
• Oversee end-to-end processes ensuring data integrity and functional continuity.
• Support user enablement and ensure successful system adoption post-transition.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP environments with a focus on SuccessFactors.
• Proven experience in managing system transitions or cutovers.
• Strong understanding of data migration, testing, and configuration within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Languages:

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
