Join Amazon's Marketplace team as a Program Manager, where you'll develop solutions to enhance Seller experiences. This role involves program planning, stakeholder communication, and collaboration with various teams to ensure successful service launches and adoption. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and significant experience in program management, along with fluency in English and advanced Excel skills.

The Marketplace or “Selling on Amazon” business exists in many countries and is a significant percentage of the total Amazon unit sales and growing. Each year, tens of thousands of businesses join the marketplace adding millions of new products. Our vision is to offer customers Earth’s largest selection. Processes are either existing or to be built.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Marketplace team to build solutions that help Sellers scale their business on Amazon. The role will develop and drive programs that directly impact the Sellers' and customers' experience.

The Program Manager will own program plans, optimize stakeholder communication, and coordinate critical operational processes and compliance impacts. This role will also align programs and roadmaps, collaborating with business and development teams across the company to manage end-to-end delivery.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Develop new programs/solutions and create roadmaps: Lead high-profile meetings to align project requirements and collaborate with stakeholders, business groups, product managers, operations associates, and tech leads.
  2. Identify gaps in selling partners' abilities: Interact with multiple teams to determine services to be offered through third-party providers.
  3. Define service scope, find and develop partners.
  4. Launch new services/partners and drive adoption.
  5. Support marketing content, experience, and strategy: Generate awareness.
  6. Track and report KPIs for all services.

Minimum qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with non-tech teams.
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, charts, lookups, data cleansing, formulas).
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data to improve.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL knowledge.
