Regional Training Director

The Regional Training Director is responsible for developing strategic plans for the Training Department and ensuring high-performance standards through adherence to global training initiatives. This role guarantees the successful integration of learning and development programs to equip employees with the skills needed to meet organizational goals and exceed client expectations. Additionally, the director is tasked with innovating and implementing tools that enhance the learning experience, while providing high-level support to executive leadership and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic training plans, including continuous improvement of training methodologies and tools.
  • Ensure alignment with global training policies and maintain consistency across regional training efforts.
  • Lead certification initiatives and promote best practices across all locations.
  • Optimize the structure of the training organization for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage the training department's budget and oversee all related reporting and analytics.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), training effectiveness metrics, and other relevant data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support successful onboarding processes during new client implementations.
  • Mentor and develop senior training leadership to ensure consistent and effective performance.
  • Address training challenges at both the individual and team levels.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure training programs remain current and effective.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve training programs in alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Oversee proper utilization of training resources including budgets, facilities, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with internal initiatives and contribute to organizational culture and engagement programs.
  • Represent the training function in client interactions, business reviews, and relevant strategic discussions.
  • Participate in the review and refinement of contractual training obligations when necessary.
  • Engage in collaborative sessions to address challenges and advance training goals.
  • Participate in client visits and present training capabilities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees required.
  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in contact center operations or a similar field.
  • Minimum 12 months in senior management roles.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Resilient under pressure and skilled in structured problem solving.
  • Experience with reporting and performance analysis.
  • Expertise in training tools, evaluation methods, and curriculum development.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and results-driven mindset.
  • Experience in team development and change management.
