Formación

  • 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry focusing on travel management.
  • Strong analytical skills for effective decision-making and budget monitoring.

Description
  • Manage travel expenses from different requesters and ensure correct recording in the system.
  • Handle allowance requests according to the travel policy, and follow up on reports and reimbursements.
  • Manage pool cars to ensure their correct utilization.
  • Inspect pool cars during pick-up and drop-off.
  • Register and track any pool car damages and organize maintenance or repairs if needed.
  • Track all pool car usage and coordinate the acquisition of new cars when required.
  • Detect potential risks and inform relevant parties promptly.
  • Gather information and ensure all documentation is uploaded into the respective platforms.
  • Participate actively in regular meetings to provide status updates to top management and during project reviews.
Requirements
  • Education in Business Administration, Tourism, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry with knowledge in travel management, purchasing, finance, or related areas.
  • Knowledge of basic vehicle inspection elements to evaluate general conditions (visual inspections).
  • Good data analysis skills for decision making.
  • Monitoring of budgets.
  • Handling KPIs and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Office and SAP management.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
