Job Description

You will perform detailed finance work, transactions, and data structuring under the guidance of the Finance Manager. Your responsibilities include collecting data, maintaining information integrity, monitoring reconciliations, and conducting basic checks and controls.

How you will contribute

You will:

  1. Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management, including annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial reporting/analysis, financial modeling, and decision support within a specific scope such as a region, business unit, or function. You will also handle data collection and integrity checks.
  2. Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment, ensuring adherence to policies.
  3. Perform ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by senior management.
  4. Support projects aimed at improving efficiencies and ways of working, embracing continuous improvement.
  5. Contribute to a high-performing finance team, investing in personal and peer development.

Responsibilities:

  • Site conversion cost budget forecasting: annual and monthly rolling forecasts.
  • Site conversion cost close and control processes.
  • Managing accruals, reclassifications, and budget control.
  • Monthly financial reporting.
  • Executing internal controls.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Minimum of 4 years of financial experience, including analysis, monitoring, and reporting performance via KPIs, deviation analysis, and action plans.
