What You Will Do:

1. Assist the team in preparing ART and Solution Train using tools like Program and Solution Kanbans and other information radiators.
2. Coach teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
3. Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
4. Encourage collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineering.
5. Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment.
6. Improve the flow of value through value streams using the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps.
7. Facilitate System Demos and Solution Demos.

1. Solid experience in similar roles.
2. Experience with agile methodologies.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Certifications related to Agile (desirable).
5. Advanced English level.
