What You Will Do

Responsible for all Design, Sustaining, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality for Pneumatic, Mechanical, and Electronics. You will coordinate across all functions for new products into the Reynosa Operation, working with Design Engineering to meet requirements and capabilities. You will supervise and manage resources to achieve division and group goals, ensuring labor and processes meet manufacturing expectations. A key focus is on commitment to quality, ensuring an effective Quality Management System aligns with the division's policies.

How You Will Do It

• Interface with Design Engineering and Quality teams at other locations to ensure product manufacturability.
• Manage design responsibilities and maintain implementation schedules for all new products in Reynosa, coordinating project activities.
• Conduct review meetings with Design, Quality, and Plant Manufacturing teams.
• Support sustaining engineering activities, including ECs, deviations, etc.
• Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives related to materials, processes, and methods, including test development.
• Oversee preparation of process documentation for new products.
• Manage the annual department budget.
• Coordinate sample runs and review product costs before and after production start.
• Coordinate quality, test development, hardware, and software activities.
• Possess full knowledge of the New Product Introduction process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or five years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Ability to implement projects; MS Project skills are a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Experience with PLM Windchill.
• Knowledge of Tolerance Stack Up Analysis, GD&T.
• Experience with Time Study Analysis.
• Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software, CREO preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with SAP.
