We are seeking a remote Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Mexico.

A Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a crucial role in driving company growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating contact with prospective clients, securing sales calls, and nurturing relationships to generate sales opportunities. The role involves conducting market research, employing outreach strategies such as cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads. The primary goal is to expand the company's customer base, increase revenue, and support overall business development initiatives by creating a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities:
  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential customers or clients through research and outreach.
  2. Outreach and Communication: Initiate contact via cold calling, emailing, social media, and networking, qualify leads, and set up meetings.
  3. Qualifying Leads: Assess leads based on needs, challenges, budget, decision process, and timeline.
  4. Educating Prospects: Explain the company's products/services, highlighting features and benefits.
  5. Managing CRM and Sales Tools: Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM software.
  6. Collaborating with Sales Team: Share insights, strategize, and coordinate follow-ups.
  7. Metrics and Reporting: Track performance metrics and analyze data for improvement.
