Experience:

• 4 years in Finance / Costs / Materials / Program Management

Knowledge:

• Intermediate-Advanced Excel level, English 75-90% written and spoken, Materials procedures, Oracle, MS Office
• Physical Inventory Process and its financial impacts (Start, During, and End)
• Prepaid Inventory Process (Billing, accounting treatment, disposal)
• Knowledge of SOX Audits (supporting documents)
• Knowledge of inventory policies, reconciliation, cost analysis, and its financial impacts

Responsibilities:

• Analysis and calculation of Inventory Reserves and their financial impacts (EO, WIP Repair, BP, MRB)
• Analysis of Financial variance in Production Work Orders and variances for QBR among others
• Help to standardize reports and procedures in the Finance operation for the Division
• Consolidation and Planning CAPEX and Cash CAPEX, variances for QBR among others
• Work with Plants and Divisional Controllers to implement the best practices around the plants for improvement
