As a Specialist in Nutrition Therapy, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. Your understanding of our extensive portfolio and belief in the value and quality they provide to patients fuels your confidence. Our customers trust you and appreciate your knowledge and curiosity when finding solutions to meet their needs. You enjoy being on location, building relationships, and establishing trust with the doctors and nurses who use Baxter solutions every day.

What you'll be doing
  • Achieve the quotas and critical metrics established by each business.
  • Complete demand generation activities with approved promotional materials, directed to key clients according to the strategy of each business unit.
  • Keep territory and marketing management informed through activity and results reports, using the Boost platform, as well as submitting weekly, monthly, and annual work plans for territory analysis.
  • Provide product training (entire portfolio) to clinical and/or administrative clients.
  • Manage the assigned territory effectively through Salesforce.com, in accordance with the marketing strategy: target, segmentation, frequency, and coverage of visits, delivering the correct message.
  • Develop new clients and increase the use of therapy in existing ones.
  • Build sales commitments (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) and identify funnel opportunities together with the Key Account Executive (KAE).
  • Ensure the correct use of products and equipment, improving productivity per business, and propose improvement plans based on identified opportunities, establishing activities, responsibilities, timelines, and evaluation methods.
What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in biomedical engineering, nutrition, or similar fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in hospital sales for critical care products.
  • Parenteral nutrition experience, either as a clinical nutritionist or sales professional, is preferred.
  • Experience in hospital contract management, both public and private.
  • Experience in sales and promotion of healthcare products, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
