This position has a grade of 15 and reports to the HR Operations Team Lead.

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in Employee Lifecycle Management as part of the HR Operational Services division. You will deliver HR service assistance to the HR community, business managers, and employees. Your responsibilities include providing accurate and timely information processing for all stakeholders and personnel administration via systems. This role is based in San Luis Potosí and involves:

• Managing personnel movements and system updates.
• Handling payroll incidences and induction lists.
• Preparing headcount reports, casualties, and movements.
• Identifying process improvement opportunities and leading related projects.
• Preparing reports and documents for authorities and ensuring quality control of outputs from HR Specialists.
• Maintaining up-to-date employee and organizational data in systems and databases, ensuring high data quality and accuracy, and generating reports as required.

Qualifications for the role

• At least three years of experience in HR, focusing on reporting, data analysis, and payroll.
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience with Workday.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and a customer-service approach with a “can-do” mindset.
• Advanced English; Portuguese skills are a plus.
