Formación

Your tasks
  • Manage, train, and provide guidance to distributors/external sales partners and internal employees in the assigned territory and for the respective products.
  • Set and motivate sales targets for distributors to meet or exceed.
  • Travel within relevant sales areas to engage with potential and existing customers, presenting company offerings and building brand awareness.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and customers.
  • Elaborate, calculate, manage, and monitor sales projects and offers.
  • Implement sales management processes to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies aligned with marketing plans and business objectives.
  • Ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities in the assigned area to enhance brand awareness.
  • Analyze sales data and report on performance.
Your qualifications
  • Commercial training or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related fields.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting quotas, preferably in the medical field.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
