Long-term Project with Remote Work Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB professional to lead the management, maintenance, and governance of the IT Configuration Management Database. Your mission will be to ensure the quality, integrity, and availability of critical data supporting IT processes through discovery, integration, auditing, and continuous improvements. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with data owners and technical teams to ensure the CMDB effectively supports service management operations and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform discovery and mapping of CI in ServiceNow.
  • Integrate and audit data to ensure accuracy and metric compliance.
  • Develop, document, and implement CI data governance processes and procedures.
  • Create and monitor CMDB health reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct data quality audits and resolve inconsistencies.
  • Participate in platform upgrades and deployments of ServiceNow.
  • Identify and address data gaps, attributes, and CI relationship issues.
  • Validate CMDB functionality in new versions and platform enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow, focusing on CMDB management.
  • Expert knowledge in discovery, data integration, and auditing within ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes and how they support the CMDB.
  • ServiceNow Certified Administrator (CSA).
  • Ability to define, document, and implement data governance and quality processes.
  • Advanced English skills for technical communication and documentation.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in data governance and control within CMDB.
  • Knowledge of additional ITSM platforms or complementary tools.
