The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proven track record in hotel contracting or sales. This role requires frequent travel, particularly within Brazil, and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while fostering relationships with key hotel partners.

Job Description

We are looking for someone with:

  1. 2–3 years of relevant experience in the travel industry, preferably in roles such as hotel contracting, sales, e-commerce, or revenue management. Experience in a DMC within the hotel product area can also be considered.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Strong negotiation abilities and commercial acumen.
  4. Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working under pressure.
  5. Willing to travel frequently, particularly within Brazil.
  6. Able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with hoteliers.
  7. Self-motivated team player with excellent organizational skills.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships with hotels through regular calls and in-person meetings with hotel sales and revenue managers.
  2. Collaborate closely with internal departments including Freesale, Sales, Reservations, and Accounts to ensure seamless operations.
  3. Identify and establish new hotel partnerships to expand our network.
  4. Negotiate competitive rates and availability with current and prospective hotel partners.
  5. Manage the loading of contracted rates, promotions, and amendments through our system.
  6. Secure special deals by setting realistic targets to drive performance.
  7. Analyze performance metrics to sustain and grow booking volume.
Minimum Requirements
  • Higher education - Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • Languages: English and Portuguese.
  • Age: between 25 and 50 years.
  • Knowledge in sales.
  • Keywords: leader, manager, director, chief, lead, supervision.
