Job Description
We are looking for someone with:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in the travel industry, preferably in roles such as hotel contracting, sales, e-commerce, or revenue management. Experience in a DMC within the hotel product area can also be considered.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities and commercial acumen.
- Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working under pressure.
- Willing to travel frequently, particularly within Brazil.
- Able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with hoteliers.
- Self-motivated team player with excellent organizational skills.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships with hotels through regular calls and in-person meetings with hotel sales and revenue managers.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments including Freesale, Sales, Reservations, and Accounts to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify and establish new hotel partnerships to expand our network.
- Negotiate competitive rates and availability with current and prospective hotel partners.
- Manage the loading of contracted rates, promotions, and amendments through our system.
- Secure special deals by setting realistic targets to drive performance.
- Analyze performance metrics to sustain and grow booking volume.
Minimum Requirements
- Higher education - Bachelor's degree.
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Languages: English and Portuguese.
- Age: between 25 and 50 years.
- Knowledge in sales.
