Descripción del empleo

As a WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR, you will manage the administrative and operative movements inside the warehouse according to the EHS norms and company policies.

You will report to the Warehouse Manager.

Main Responsibilities

• Gestion the available resources in warehouse to assure the productivity standards and the indicators established.
• Oversee the support documentation related to inputs and outputs.
• Stablish alignments to the correct distribution of materials inside the warehouse.
• Agile the timing of warehouse movements attending clients' needs.
• Attend internal and external audits to the standards, norms and requirements fulfillment.
• Assurance the correct quality and amount of packaging to avoid drops.
• Analize the indicators results and according to its behavior take the best decision for the business.
• Develop new work systems to contribute to the continuous improvement and politics of the company.
• Promote standard operation in all activities of the plant, the best practices and the training courses compliance inside the teams.
• Manage payroll and system transaction of its team.

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineering or bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• 2 years' experience in similar roles.
• Know of operative excellence tools and standard operation.
• Experience leading teams.
• Know of Oracle and WMS.
• Intermediate Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and Microsoft tools.
• Availability to shift roles.
• Basic English.
