El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en SAP y procesos de manufactura, especialmente en el sector automotriz. Este rol implica optimizar procesos, colaborar con equipos multifuncionales y garantizar la integración efectiva dentro de SAP. Formación

• 3+ años de experiencia en consultoría SAP o mejora de procesos en un entorno manufacturero.
• Conocimiento funcional profundo de SAP SD, con buena exposición a QM, WM y PP.
• Experiencia en gestión de muestras y flujos de productos pre-serie.

Responsabilidades

• Analizar y documentar los procesos actuales de muestra al cliente.
• Configurar y apoyar módulos SAP relevantes para el proceso S2C.
• Colaborar con equipos de producción, calidad, ventas y servicio al cliente.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP and Process Consultant to lead and support the Sample to Customer (S2C) process for our manufacturing mobility plant. This role will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that sample, prototype, and early product sales workflows are effectively managed and integrated within SAP.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP modules (SD, QM, WM, PP, and possibly PDM), as well as hands-on experience with manufacturing processes, especially in the automotive or e-mobility sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Design & Optimization

• Analyze and document current sample-to-customer processes.
• Design and implement future-state processes that streamline sample creation, approval, shipping, billing, and customer feedback.
• Drive continuous improvement in S2C workflows aligned with industry best practices.

SAP Functional Support

• Configure and support SAP modules relevant to the S2C end-to-end process (primarily SD, QM, WM, PP).
• Collaborate with SAP technical teams to implement enhancements or custom developments.
• Ensure proper integration with downstream and upstream systems (e.g., PDM, Manufacturing Execution Systems).
• Support eBAS: enhanced Business Application for Samples - Sales and Samples ordering system with interfaces to current R/3 and future S4 systems.

Project & Change Management

• Lead or support projects related to the rollout or improvement of sample-related processes.
• Provide training and change management support to end users and business teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with production, quality, sales, and customer service teams to align process and system requirements.
• Act as the subject matter expert for sample management in customer-facing operations.

Data & Compliance

• Ensure accurate master data setup for sample products and customer orders.
• Support compliance with regulatory, customer-specific, and internal quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP consulting or process improvement in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP SD, with good exposure to QM, WM, and PP.
• Experience with sample management, prototype handling, or pre-series product flows.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and customer delivery processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Project management or agile methodology experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration experience.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management and change request workflows.
