We are seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Sourcing Solutions Manager in Lomas de Chapultepec, CDMX. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm, with a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide pricing and market insights for all assigned pursuits, including RFPs, RFIs, and business cases, in a timely manner.
2. Prepare up-to-date benchmarking and market insights across categories for pricing solutions.
3. Participate in site visits to support sourcing solutions.
4. Manage RFP, pricing, and negotiation processes, setting savings targets and developing tracking metrics.
5. Support SD as a Sourcing Solutions expert, managing vendor performance, data, and collaborations.
6. Participate in project and pursuit meetings to support JLL and SD teams.
7. Develop and communicate sourcing visions to clients, vendors, and partners.
8. Support negotiation strategies for major programs and vendor activities.
9. Implement outsourcing strategies, standards, and procurement rules.
10. Coordinate with Legal and Risk Management to ensure contractual compliance.
11. Track pursuits and report using established templates and dashboards.
12. Document initiatives and share updates with the team.
13. Assist in developing customized sourcing solutions and vendor management strategies.
14. Conduct quarterly business reviews and market analysis to add value.
15. Drive business relationships and identify new opportunities in assigned categories.
16. Align sourcing strategies with global category plans and market trends.
17. Utilize innovation and continuous improvement to create value for JLL and clients.

Desired Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role and industry
• Experience in IFM, procurement, and solutions development related to Sourcing, IFM, and Real Estate
• Experience managing outsourcing relationships and vendor performance
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI

Education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree
Experience: Minimum 6 years
Languages: English; Portuguese is a plus
