Una empresa innovadora en el sector automotriz busca un analista financiero para supervisar las operaciones en México. En esta emocionante posición, serás responsable de analizar y controlar el margen de material, así como de coordinar informes financieros y operativos. Trabajarás de cerca con las plantas para asegurar la precisión de los datos y fomentar relaciones de mentoría con los controladores de planta. Formación

• Experiencia en análisis financiero y control de costos en entornos industriales.
• Conocimiento en herramientas de reporte financiero como HFM y SAP.

Descripción del empleo

Responsibility 1: Analyze and control the margin of material as well as the operations of Mexico

1. Coordinate and produce the analysis of the material margin for all Mexican activities.
2. Plan and organize the deadline and deliverables of internal reports with the plant, finances and other support functions for closing.
3. Present and analyze the monthly financial reports to the Division, through HFM.
4. Present and analyze the operational reports to the Division, through OPIUM, Supply Chain and operational scorecards.
5. Control the central activities of Mexico: closing, forecasting and consolidation of operations.
6. Assist in the processes of forecasting, budget and business plan.
7. Implement a detailed monitoring of CAPEX and the appropriate use of APOLLO.
8. Coordinate and facilitate cost control for operations in Mexico.
9. Confirm the accuracy of the data/reports through bridges and reports.
10. Ensure standardized reports of financial information.
11. Streamline plant data collection processes to improve punctuality.
12. Foster a mentoring relationship with plant controllers and stay close to daily operations by frequently communicating with plants.
13. Analyze ongoing business performance and prepare written comments for management.
14. Ensure the consistent application of the global accounting policies and procedures of Plastic Omnium in all plants with regard to operations.
15. Participate in the continuous improvement of the reporting tools (HFM, Opium, SAP ...).
16. Produce or coordinate the specific reports requested by the Mexico Finance Manager.
17. Comply with all work rules, policies and procedures.
18. Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
19. Perform other tasks as assigned.
