A leading company in Mexico City seeks a Manager for Training & Quality teams. This role focuses on enhancing employee development through effective training and feedback loops. The candidate will manage projects and collaborate across teams to foster a culture of excellence. Occasional travel to Tempe, Arizona may be required.

As the Manager of our Training & Quality teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping employee development through feedback loops and training. You’ll partner with our ops teams, build and implement action plans to improve our processes, and own the solutions and outcomes—covering everything from high-level strategy to detailed execution while managing multiple projects. You will assess the outcomes of your initiatives and plans to iterate based on performance feedback. This role is based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid schedule, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Operational Excellence. Occasional travel to Tempe, Arizona, USA, may be required.
