Job Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Business Development: Promote sales of inverters, home energy storage systems, and micro-inverters across South Europe; develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  2. Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans based on trends and customer insights.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with solar distribution customers; provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  4. Team Leadership and Training: Lead and mentor a team of 4-6 members; ensure team skills and knowledge are aligned with company goals.
  5. Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with product development teams; report sales progress and market insights to the General Manager in Germany.
Minimum Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Chinese is a plus.
  • At least 8 years of experience in developing new markets within the solar industry, specifically selling inverters and home energy storage systems in South Europe.
  • Proven business development experience for residential and C&I applications.
  • Deep understanding of distribution models and successful management of international teams.
  • Ability to analyze markets, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Based in Spain with availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Compensation

Salary range: 90,000€ - 140,000€ gross per year.
